Fully furnished house with 2 spare rooms and own bathrooms for rent. Room with ensuite has a wardrobe and if needed we can provide a bed. Second room has a built in wardrobe and is unfurnished.
The house is to share with me and my boyfriend we are both in our thirties, professional, respectful, clean, enjoy a social BBQ and love spending time outdoors with our dog. :-)
We would prefer to rent the two rooms out together for $350 per week, which would be perfect for friends or a couple, own dog very welcome.
The house is located in Stuart Park, close to shops and bus station and its only 5 minutes to CBD and Mindil Beach.
We spend most of our time in our large outdoor area with a well shaded yard and plunge pool.
