We are looking for a new housemate to share our three bedroom ground floor apartment in Woolner.
We are two friendly professional male and female in our mid 20's preferably looking for a housemate around the age. We like to keep the place clean and tidy and like to socialise on weekends, so don't mind a drink or two. Smoking is fine as long as it's outside.
The room for rent is unfurnished, however the rest is fully furnished and equipped. You will be sharing the main bathroom with one other person. The bedroom features built in robes, spilt air con, ceiling fan, and glass sliding door to small side patio, Big enough to fit a queen size bed.
The apartment is tiled throughout and keeps cool during the hotter months. There is a large private courtyard, pool in complex, internal storage room and off street parking. Perfect location, located 5 min drive from CBD, 15min drive from Airport and Casuarina shops, 20min walk down to Fannie Bay shops and 25min walk to Mindil Beach Markets.
Rent includes ADSL WIFI, but electricity is split between all housemates every three months (approx. $230 per quarter). $800 bond and one week’s rent required before moving in. Sorry no pets allowed.
